The contents of the Newsademic web site and issues of Newsademic e-mailed to you in PDF format are copyright of Newsademic. As a subscriber you are permitted to: copy some material for your own use as a private individual only: store a copy in electronic format on disc but not on any server or storage device connected to a network where copies could be accessed by other users. Educational establishments may photocopy Newsademic publication and keep multiple copies in electronic format on the proviso that these copies are for educational use within their own establishments only. You may not republish any part of Newsademic in any other medium or as part of any commercial service without the prior written permission of Newsademic. Intranet licence (site licence) holders
Those schools, or similar educational establishment, that purchase Newsademic intranet licences agree that access to any uploaded Newsademic files or to ‘logged in pages’ of the Newsademic web site are only made accessible from:
(a) computers within the school which have been programmed to access the school network or the virtual network:
(b) from student's home computers, whereby students have been supplied with a user name and password specifically for the purpose of remotely accessing the school network or virtual network.
Intranet licence holders are forbidden to place any type of link for accessing the logged in pages of the Newsademic web site where it may allow persons, who are not members of their school, access to these web pages. Intranet licence holders who are in breach of this condition will forfeit their licence and any claim for compensation. Use of Password
Certain areas of the Newsademic web site are only accessible to you if you pay for a subscription. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your password and access to parts of the Newsademic web site which require a password. You agree to immediately notify Newsademic if you become aware of any loss or theft or any unauthorised use of your password. Submission of articles for inclusion in Newsademic publications
Newsademic invites readers to submit their own articles for consideration. If we like your work we may choose to publish it although this is entirely at the editor's discretion. Any articles sent for consideration should report topical news stories that are of international interest. They should be written in a similar overall style and grammar to that used in the newspaper. Articles should not demonstrate any political or ideological bias. They should provide a clear explanation of the facts and, if appropriate, a presentation of both sides of any conflicting opinions. All articles received before the Wednesday of the week of publication will be considered for inclusion in the forthcoming issue. The editing team will decide if an article is to be included or not. Authors will receive full credit for their articles when published. The editor reserves the right to amend any submitted articles before publication for length, clarity or grammar.
